Alon Finance Group LLC (d/b/a Amerikada Mortgage) uses an internal application called Alon Flow to manage customer communications. Alon Flow works in connection with Meta's WhatsApp Business services. If you have communicated with us through WhatsApp, or would like your data associated with Alon Flow deleted, you can follow the steps on this page.

How to request deletion

You can submit a deletion request by emailing info@alonfinance.com. Simply write "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

So we can identify your request, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address you used to communicate with us
• Your WhatsApp phone number, if you communicated with us through WhatsApp

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or any other sensitive sign-in credentials. We never need them.

What will be deleted or disconnected

Once your request is verified, where applicable:

• Alon Flow connection and account data associated with your request will be deleted.
• Stored WhatsApp/Meta integration data that we are permitted or required to delete will be deleted.
• The OAuth/integration connection will be disconnected, where applicable.

Data held by Meta or WhatsApp is subject to Meta's own terms and privacy practices.

Records we may need to keep

Some records may need to be retained when required by applicable law, regulation, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or mortgage/financial-services recordkeeping obligations. In those cases, retained data is limited to what is required.

Processing time

We process verified deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
