Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us. Depending on the form you use, this may include:

• Contact and application forms: your name, email, phone, preferred contact method (email, phone or WhatsApp) and your message.
• Mortgage and property details: property state and type, how you plan to use the property, loan purpose, estimated property value and loan amount, down payment, country of residence, borrower type, whether you have a U.S. bank account, an approximate credit score range, employment status, annual income and the qualification method you're considering. Most of these fields are optional.
• Scheduling a call: name, email, phone, language, the date and time you pick, your time zone, meeting method (Google Meet or WhatsApp), topic and notes.
• Calculator reports: the email address the report should go to.
• Newsletter: your email address, language and the date you agreed to subscribe.

Our online forms are designed not to ask for your Social Security Number, bank account numbers, passport number or passwords. Please don't type them into our forms. Any required documents will be requested later through an appropriate secure process.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests
• To review your initial mortgage scenario or application
• To contact you about your request and send confirmation emails
• To send you the calculator report link you asked for
• To schedule the call you requested
• To send newsletters and mortgage updates, only if you separately opted in
• To operate, protect and improve the website, and to prevent spam and abuse
• To organize customer communications and transaction records in our internal customer relationship management system
• To meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Newsletter and marketing emails

Marketing emails are never automatic. You are added to our newsletter only if you use the subscribe form in the footer or check the optional consent box on one of our forms yourself. That box is unchecked by default and is not required to send a form.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it ends your subscription right away. You can also email us at info@alonfinance.com.

WhatsApp communications

If you choose to communicate with Alon Finance through WhatsApp, we may receive and process your WhatsApp phone number, profile information you make available through WhatsApp, messages you send to us, and documents or other files you choose to share.

We use this information to respond to you, assist with your mortgage inquiry or transaction, request and receive documents, and maintain appropriate business and transaction records.

WhatsApp communications are provided through Meta's WhatsApp Business services and are also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not use WhatsApp communications to add you to marketing lists unless you separately provide the required consent.

Calculator reports

The numbers you enter into our calculators, and the results, are not saved in our database. When you use "Email Me", your report is saved as a PDF in private storage and we email you a download link.

That link stops working after 7 days, and the PDF file itself is automatically deleted after 7 days. Your email address is added to our newsletter only if you check the optional marketing box.

Sharing and service providers

We use service providers to run this website. They may process information on our behalf, for example for:

• website hosting and storage
• email delivery
• appointment scheduling
• messaging and customer communications, including WhatsApp Business services provided by Meta
• map functionality

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Mortgage Processing

Information submitted through the website is initially received by Alon Finance. The website does not automatically send your inquiry to mortgage lenders.

If you choose to move forward with a mortgage transaction, information and documents may later be shared by Alon Finance with lenders and other parties involved in processing or completing the transaction, as appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information submitted through the website. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

How long we keep information

We retain records as reasonably necessary for the purpose they were collected and as required or permitted by applicable law. Newsletter consent records, including when and where you subscribed and when you unsubscribed, are kept after you unsubscribe.

Requests may be subject to applicable legal, regulatory and record-retention requirements.

Cookies and technical information

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, and its cookies to understand how the website is used and, in the future, to measure advertising performance. Only the following is sent to Google Analytics: the page address you visit (without any extra part that could contain form information), the site language (English or Turkish), general technical details such as browser and device type, and general actions such as a form being submitted, a calculator being used, a PDF report being downloaded or emailed, or a phone, email, WhatsApp or appointment link being clicked.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, property address, loan amount, purchase price, income, assets, credit information, application details or the numbers you enter in our calculators to Google Analytics. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices. Visitors from the European Union/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a cookie notice, and Google Analytics runs for them only after they choose "Accept." In other regions, analytics is on by default. Every visitor can change their choice or withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also use Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We keep a record of your choice, when you made it and the version of the notice shown, in your browser.

Limited browser storage is used for functional purposes only, such as remembering that you closed a website notice or language suggestion, and keeping authorized administrators signed in. This functional storage is not used for advertising.

The infrastructure that runs the site may process basic technical information, such as page requests, to deliver and protect the website.

The office map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps. When you view the map, Google may process information under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp links on this website may take you to WhatsApp. If you communicate with Alon Finance through WhatsApp, the “WhatsApp communications” section of this policy also applies.

Other websites

Our website may link to other sites, such as NMLS Consumer Access, WhatsApp or Google Maps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

If you follow a WhatsApp link and communicate with Alon Finance through WhatsApp, the “WhatsApp communications” section of this policy applies alongside WhatsApp's and Meta's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
